Sermon Excerpt From “Church Discipline”: How do you put away sin? You live in the power of the Lord Jesus Christ, who dealt sin a death blow. He killed it on the cross. It has no power. In dominion over his people, he has set us free. And now we are called to live in the power of the resurrection life. And so when we're struggling with sin and we're struggling with our old man, we're to run back to Jesus and say, Lord Jesus, you're my power, you're my strength.
